Everyone experiences cacao differently. Feel for yourself what amount feels good for you.
Our recommendation for one cup (approx. 250ml)
Daily use: 15–20 g
For a more intense cacao experience: 30–42 g
Preparation
Gently warm with water or plant-based milk (max. 60 °C) and stir until creamy. For a particularly velvety texture, briefly blend or froth. Refine as desired with coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon, or spices.
