An invitation to arrive in the present. Through ceremonial cacao, we slow down, leave the outside world behind, and create space for what wants to unfold. A cup of connection - provided by NOWHERE Berlin

DESCENT - BREATHWORK JOURNEY

Breath asks for nothing but your presence. Guided through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey we move beneath the noise and reconnect with what has been waiting underneath.

Suspended between release and creation, we attune to a broader field of wisdom, resonance, and potential through an immersive sound journey where you don't just listen to sound — it moves around and through you.

Several instruments will carry you away from Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and so much more! Guided by RE.SONĀDA

EMBODIMENT - GUIDED MOVEMENT

After the Sound Ceremony, we will guide you through some slow movements and let the body move intuitively - without any pressure.

INTEGRATION

There is nothing left to do. We gather, share if we wish, and simply allow the experience to settle. A moment for conversation, connection, and letting the evening find its own ending.
