Everyone experiences cacao differently. Feel for yourself which amount feels right for you.
Our recommendation for one cup (approx. 250 ml)
Daily use: 15–20 g
For a more intense cacao experience: 30–42 g
Preparation
Gently warm with water or plant-based milk (max. 60 °C) and stir until creamy. For a particularly velvety texture, briefly blend or froth. Refine as desired with coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon or spices.

Naturally contains theobromine (approx. 900 mg / 100 g) and caffeine (approx. 166 mg / 100 g). One cup made with 20 g of cacao contains approx. 180 mg theobromine and approx. 33 mg caffeine.
